Late 2013 we were delighted to hear from Kate Browne (nee English) when she reached her weight loss goal using the Healthy Mummy Smoothies & plans.
And now nearly 5 months after losing her weight, we have caught up with Kate to see how she is going with her weight loss maintenance - and doesn’t she look fantastic!

After reading the website and seeing that I could still breastfeed my then 3 month old while using the healthy mummy smoothies, I decided I needed to try the weight loss plans!
The healthy mummy smoothies and 28 day diet & exercise plan has totally changed me and I could not be happier or prouder. And my milk supply has increased dramatically.

April is over and I have had a number of achievements this month:
- I have reached my pre-baby weight!
- I am now in the healthy BMI range
- I have lost another 5.6 kilos bringing me to a total of 15.6kilos lost with the Healthy Mummy plans
- Greatly increased my fitness and now jog 6km at least twice per week
- I feel fantastic!!
On the last day of the month I went for a jog and reflected on the past few weeks. I have stayed focused but also have been flexible at times. This isn’t a crash diet- it’s a lifelong change to be healthier.

I had my 2nd little girl in July. Before I was pregnant I was 60kg. When I had her I was 94kg!
After around 5 weeks after the birth, I was down to about 82kg. This is where I was when I found The Healthy Mummy Smoothies in September 2012
I really liked that it was safe in breast-feeding and had so much support online.
I made the decision to buy the Healthy Mummy Smoothies, and had them for breakfast and lunch most weekdays, then have a healthy meal for dinner.

In February, Delight Smallridge sent in her amazing progress on her weight loss since she has been on the Healthy Mummy plans and has been inspiring lots of other mums on our website, Facebook page and weight loss plans as her results have been so fantastic!

But this week, Delight has sent in her current weight loss results and she has now reached her pre pregnancy weight – which is an amazing result! You can see the result below and the email that she sent in with her photo – well done!!

My name is Jo, I am 38 and have a four-and-a-half-year-old boy, and a nine-month old little girl.
I was extremely fit and healthy before I had my little boy, and weighed in at 64kg – but when I was pregnant with him I saw it as an opportunity to eat constantly, believing that the weight would just come off with breastfeeding.
I put on 20kg with him, and unfortunately the breastfeeding didn’t help me to lose weight post baby
I could never lose the extra kilos I’d put on, and stayed around the 70kg mark constantly.

I had not ever been 100% happy with how much I had weighed or how I had looked – before or after having my two little girls and I didn’t really think I’d actually gained much weight until I saw photos from a friend’s wedding I had gone to in early October 2012.

That moment was the point I decided to lose weight and I found the Healthy Mummy smoothies and plans

“When I became pregnant I put on a large 50kg of pregnancy weight, I was 95kg on the scales.
I knew my little boy (after 3 little girls) was my last, so I joined the Healthy Mummy Plans and have never looked back!
I have the Healthy Mummy Smoothies twice a day (lurvvvve them) they were so good for energy and whilst breast feeding, & now I find it handy on school runs, I never miss breakfast now.”

I didn’t gain a huge amount of weight when I was pregnant (about 12kg) and when my little girl was born I was a breastfeeding machine, I felt the weight coming off – but I did have a tummy that I just couldn’t get rid of and extra weight that I couldn’t lose too.

So when my husband went overseas to work for a month, I finally did it and bought some healthy mummy smoothies and went on the 28 Day Diet & Exercise Plan.
