I contacted you guys in January 2012 as I wanted to lose 9 kilograms. At the time I was 73 kilograms and didn’t feel good as I have always waivered around the 55 to 60 kilogram mark.

I have tried so many different ways to lose my weight after having my baby. Personal trainers, eating way less, the gym but nothing seemed to work. This made me really depressed and I was beginning to feel low and terrible about myself. This all changed when our discovered your range.

First up I followed all of the general advice around a healthier eating diet and exercise plans, especially the general but simple suggestion of increasing my incidental exercise.

Now we are in May 2012 and I am finally below 60 kilograms and am actually at 58 kilograms!! I feel fantastic, on top of the world, a woman and sexy once more. I am definitely ready to wear my bikini on our up coming holiday!

I is wonderful that you have put together this easy to follow healthy living diet out there for everybody to access. It helps all us busy mums to get out there and feel amazing about ourselves again. So THANKYOU!

I have attached some photos of myself to show you proof, I was so excited his morning that my bathers fit me and there was no over hang!
