Four cookies and cream smoothie recipes you’ll LOVE

1. Cookie dough smoothie

Cookie dough smoothie using cookies and cream smoothie mix

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie, cookies and cream flavour
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs, plus extra to decorate
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 5 cubes ice

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes. Decorate with the extra cacao nibs.

2. Cookies and cream cheesecake smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie, cookies and cream flavour
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • Ice, if desired
  • A drizzle of Coco2

Dress glass with Coco2. Place all other ingredients into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.

3. Peanut butter cup smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie, cookies and cream flavour
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • A drizzle of Coco2
  • Ice if desired

Place all ingredients except the Coco2 into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes. Drizzle the Coco2 on top of smoothie if desired.

4. Cookie cutter smoothie

  • 1 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Ice, if desired

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
