  1. Can I add the Challenge to my mobile home screen?
    • Yes, you can – for instructions on how to do this click here The Challenge is also available as an APP on Apple & Android
  2. My meal plan or customisation looks all funny and squashed up
    • Try clearing the cookies or caches from your screen (you can do this on settings using a tablet/ipad) or using the file/help button on a desktop. If the issue persists email the screen shot, the details of the issue, the device you are using and the internet browser used and contact us here
  3. There seems to be something wrong with the usability of the challenge to me?
    • Are you using Internet Explorer browser? This browser has a lot of issues. Either use a different browser – such as firefox, chrome, safari or update your browser to the newest edition using www.browsehappy.com.
  4. I can’t download my ebooks?
    • Please update your web browser to the newest edition using www.browsehappy.com or check your download folder.
  5. Something doesn’t appear to be working correctly on my customised menu?
