Nikki Myles is a mum of three and lives in Skye in Victoria. She has amazingly lost over 30kg by following The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
The 50-year-old started off as 83kg and now is down to 61kg, and she managed to lose the weight in 13 months and has been maintaining it for nearly five years.
To help celebrate The Healthy Mummy’s 12th birthday, she has joined our Birthday Squad to help other mums achieve the success she has!
“My journey has not been smooth sailing over the years. My husband was made redundant three days after I started the Challenge,” she says.
“I have also had to deal with covid lockdowns over the last few years but these challenges just made me stronger. I feel like I am younger than when I first started because I have so much more energy and happiness.”
How Nikki was able to lose 13kg in 13 months and maintain it ever since
Nikki joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge in November 2016, after seeing a post on social media.
“I loved that it was about everything in moderation and the support was like nothing else I had ever encountered,” she says.
“When I joined, my blood pressure and cholesterol were very high they are now perfect which makes my doctor very happy.
“I am so much happier in the body I have now and appreciate it has carried three children, even with the stretch marks and loose skin.”

- Start with small steps
- If you have a bad meal just make the next meal a good choice and don’t feel guilty.
- Meal plan and prep every week will make sure you will stay on track.
