Ingredients
  • 1/4cup coconut oilmelted
  • 1/4cup natural peanut butter
  • 3tbsp raw cacao
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1.5tbsp peppermint extract
  • 1/3cup coconutdesiccated or shredded
  • 1/3cup pepitasroughly chopped
Instructions
  1. Line a loaf pan or similar with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Combine coconut oil, peanut butter, cacao, vanilla, rice malt syrup and peppermint extract and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in coconut and pepitas.
  4. Pour into pan and place in the fridge/freezer to set.
  5. Once set, cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
  6. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer.
