  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2tbsp vanilla healthy mummy mix
  • 1tbsp almond butter
  • Lots of ice
  • Optional Extra: Add 1 large handful of baby spinach for extra iron!

  2. Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  3. Top with crushed nuts (optional)
  4. Enjoy!
