Ingredients
  • 1/2 avocado60 grams
  • 2tbsp cacao/cocoa powder16 grams
  • 2tsp maple syrup10 mls
  • 1tbsp chopped pistachiosunsalted (10 grams)
  • 1tsp chia seeds4 grams
  • 1tbsp shredded coconut10 grams
  • 1/4cup pomegranate seeds50 grams
Instructions
  1. Place avocado, cacao/cocoa powder and maple syrup in a blender and puree until smooth. A stick blender, if you have one, is also very effective at getting the avocado mix really smooth.
  2. Place in a serving bowl and top with pistachios, chia seeds, coconut and pomegranate seeds to serve.
