Ingredients
  • 1slice wholemeal bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2tbsp reduced fat feta
  • 1/2tsp Pepper
  • 4 cherry tomatoshalved
  • 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. Toast bread to liking.
  2. In a small bowl roughly mash avocado, feta and pepper until just combined.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and mix.
  4. Spread avocado mix on hot toast and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
