Ingredients
  • 2 medium avocado(240 grams)
  • 1tsp vanilla extract(5 mls)
  • 2/3tsp cinnamon(0.7 grams)
  • 2tsp Natvia(8 grams)
  • 6tbs cacao/cocoa powder(48 grams)
  • 80grams dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Use a ripe avocado for this recipe.
  2. In a blender, combine the avocado, cinnamon and vanilla together until smooth.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, slowly melt together the Natvia, cocoa/cacao powder and chocolate bits.
  4. Let the chocolate mix cool down a little and then pulse into the blended avocado mixture.
  5. Place in a small bowl and serve immediately or place in the fridge for 1⁄2 hour to cool down and set a little.
  6. If serving more than one then divide mixture evenly into small bowls before serving.
