  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mixvanilla
  • 2 dates
  • 1tbsp rolled oats
  • 1tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2tsp instant decaffeinated coffeeor regular instant coffee
  • 4 cashew nuts
  • 250ml cold water
  • 6cubes ice
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together on high until well combined and frothy.
  2. Serve in your favourite glass and enjoy!
