Ingredients
  • 1.5cups oats
  • 1/2cup desiccated coconut
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3cup almond milk
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 2tbsp cocoa
  • 1.5tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1pinch salt
  • 1/2cup raspberries
  • 2tbsp choc chipsplus extra to decorate
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a slice tray with baking paper.
  2. Place all ingredients except the raspberries and choc chips in a food processor (or Thermomix) and blend everything quickly until a thick batter forms.
  3. Fold in the raspberries and choc chips with a wooden spoon.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared tray and top with the extra choc chips.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Cool in the pan before slicing into 12 pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
