This one is was sent in by community member Megan Lockhart and uses the popular Honeycomb Smoothie everyone is raving about!  It’s delicious!

With no baking required, and only 68 calories per piece, you can enjoy this yummy snack while taking part in The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Honeycomb Smoothie Mix
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds plus a tiny bit extra for sprinkling on top
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds plus a tiny bit extra for sprinkling on top
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe dish heat up honey, tahini, peanut butter and coconut oil together and mix until combined.
  2. Add in the smoothie mix, sesame seeds and oat bran and mix together
  3. Place in a tray that has been lined with baking paper and press down with wet hands if needed. Sprinkle the top with the remaining sesame seeds and place in the freezer for around 2 hours
  4. Cut into 25 pieces to serve straight from the freezer
