  • 1/2cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/2cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1teaspoon orange zest
  • 2tablespoons chopped almonds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients, excluding the almonds and orange zest, in a mixing bowl and mix until combined well.
  2. Serve sprinkled with chopped almonds and orange zest.
