Instructions
Place all ingredients (excluding the shredded coconut) into a blender or food processor and blitz until well combined.
Place in a freezer proof container and freeze for approximately 3 hours or until firm.
When ready to eat, remove from freezer and allow to soften slightly for 15 minutes. Serve topped with shredded coconut.
