  • 1 cup Corn Flakes or similar dry cereal
  • 30 grams almonds unsalted
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter 100% nuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, roughly break up Corn Flakes with your hands.
  2. Chop almonds and add to Corn Flakes, then set aside.
  3. Combine peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.
  4. Combine both mixtures and stir well.
  5. Spoon into 8 mini silicon muffin tins and place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  6. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
