  • 2.5 cups wholemeal self raising flour
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

Instructions
  1. Mix together the butter, egg, vanilla, peanut butter and sugar.
  2. In another bowl mix flour and Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  3. Add dry mixture to wet mixture
  4. Roll into balls, lay on baking tray, then flatten with a fork
  5. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until golden brown
