  • 500 grams lean pork mince
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 pinch Cracked pepper
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 cup brown rice uncooked
  • 1/2 small red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 1/2 red capsicum thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • 3 radishes thinly sliced

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 220C.
  2. Cook brown rice as per packet directions.
  3. Place all sauce ingredients into small bowl and mix well, set aside for later.
  4. Place pork mince, chilli flakes, egg white, spring onion and pepper into bowl, mix well until combined.
  5. Roll into 20 balls and place on a lined baking tray.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Place slice capsicum, cabbage, spring onions, carrot and radishes into bowl, toss until combined.
  8. Heat a large frypan on the stove on high heat.
  9. Place baked meatballs into hot pan, add the sauce and simmer for 1 minute until hot.
  10. Divide the ingredients into four bowls to serve.
  11. If storing leftovers, divide the meal into four containers, allow to cool, then cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Reheat until steaming before serving.
