  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix caramel
  • 1 serve Super Greens
  • 5 cubes ice
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
