1. Banoffee pie smoothie
This was Kaitie Purssell’s first smoothie creation using the new BANANA flavour, and it’s definitely a winner!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop banana Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 tsp almond meal
- Lots of ice
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt, to serve
- ½ tsp desiccated coconut, to serve
Method
- Blend the smoothie mix, dates, almond meal, ice and milk for 2-3 minutes until well combined, then top with the yoghurt and coconut.

2. Banana bread smoothie
Jessica Waters has brought your favourite snack into the smoothie world with this creation.
Ingredients
- 300ml low fat milk
- 1 tbsp almond meal

- Handful baby spinach
- Ice

- Blend for 2-3 minutes until well combined.

3. Banana cashew smoothie
The combination of banana, nuts and coconut make Stephanie Marriott’s recipe a sweet way to start the day.

- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup water

Ingredients

- 1 tsp natural peanut butter
- Lots of ice
- 300ml skim milk

If you feel a bit cocobananas sometimes, this smoothie will be right up your alley. Challenge member Rae Willingham swears by it for a quick and easy breakfast.

- 1/2 zucchini, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut cream

We all love Ash’s gorgeous smoothie photos, and this one looks as good as ever. You’ll love the coffee kick!
Ingredients
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100ml water
- 1 heaped teaspoon ground coffee
- ½ a frozen banana

Stephanie Marriot makes the most of rockmelons being cheap and in season with this smoothie. Good morning!

- 1/2 banana
- Ice
- 250ml of coconut milk

10. Choc-banana thick shake smoothie
Jessica Waters loves a thickshake, and this one can be enjoyed as part of a healthy breakfast. Frozen banana makes it nice and thick.

- 1 medium frozen banana
- 300ml skim milk

- 1 tsp cocoa/cacao
- 4-5 ice cubes

If you haven’t tried the combination of banana and coco2, you’re in for a treat. This is how Stephanie Gourgon likes to wake up – and it couldn’t be simpler.
Ingredients

- 250ml lowfat milk
- Ice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp coco2 spread
Method
- Blend the smoothie mix, milk, ice, banana and cocoa for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- Drizzle the coco2 around the glass before pouring the smoothie in.
