Ingredients
  • 20grams salted pretzelsapprox. 1/4 cup
  • 1/4cup natural peanut butter
  • 2tbsp rice malt syrupor honey
  • 1/4tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2tsp coconut oilmelted
  • 25grams dark chocolate70% cacao or higher, 4 standard squares
  • 2tbsp pepitas
Instructions
  1. Roughly chops pretzels and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, over low heat, combine peanut butter, rice malt syrup, vanilla and coconut oil. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add chocolate and stir until melted and well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir through pretzels and pepitas.
  5. Press into 8 small silicone moulds, 8 patty cases or a small tin lined with baking paper.
  6. Place in the fridge to chill until set.
  7. If using a large tin, chop into 8 pieces.
  8. Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
