Ingredients
  • 1/3cup honey
  • 1cup lemon juicefreshly squeezed
  • 1litre sparkling mineral water
Instructions
  1. Dissolve honey by placing the jar in a bowl of hot water.
  2. Place the runny honey in a jug with the lemon juice and stir well.
  3. Pour in the mineral water and stir again to combine.
  4. Divide mixture evenly into 8 ice block moulds and freeze overnight.
