  • 120grams melted dark chocolate70% or 85%
  • 2tablespoons desiccated coconut
  • 1tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1tablespoon coconut oil
  • 10 almondsroughly chopped
  • 1tablespoon peanut butter
  • 10 dried cranberriesfinely chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together except for the cranberries, and then spoon teaspoon sized amounts onto a lined baking tray.
  2. Top with 1/2 a dried cranberry and pop into the fridge to set.
  3. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
