Ingredients
  • 3/4cup oats
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 2tbsp almond milkor milk of choice
  • 1/4tsp peppermint essence
  • 1tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Place oats, baking powder and coconut sugar in a bowl then set aside.
  3. Whisk honey, coconut oil, milk and peppermint oil until well combined.
  4. Combine both mixtures together and mix thoroughly.
  5. Fold through chocolate chips.
  6. Press into 7 mini silicone moulds or mini patty cases and pop in the oven.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  8. Allow to cool then remove from moulds (if using them) and store in an airtight container.
