Mix the flour, yoghurt, baking powder, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl until you form a dough.
On a cutting board place a small amount of flour so your dough doesn’t stick, when you have rolled your dough into a round ball shape cut it into 8 pieces.
With each piece flatten it out with your fingers and place 1/2 teaspoon of biscoff spread on the middle, the create a ball/donut by covering the biscoff spread with the outside of the dough. (We don’t want the biscoff to leak while cooking so make sure it’s all well confined. )
Once 8 balls are filled, egg wash the top only and place in the air fryer to cook for 5 minutes or until golden.
Serve with some melted biscoff spread drizzled over the top.
