self raising wholemeal flour

Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix

cinnamon

salt

banana
mashed

coconut oil
melted

rice malt syrup/ or honey

almond milk/ or milk of choice
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in one bowl
Mix the wet ingredients together in a different bowl
Then combine the two together
Mix until well combined
Put into microwave safe mugs
Put in the microwave for 3-4min until cooked
If you like you can top with yoghurt and nuts
