Ingredients
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3cup desiccated coconutplus extra for rolling (optional)
  • 1tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1teaspoon honey
Instructions
  1. Blitz all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Roll into balls and dust with extra coconut if desired.
  3. Place in the freezer to set.
  4. If you find the mixture too wet, place it in the freezer for 5 minutes before rolling into balls
