Ingredients
  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix Vanilla or protein powder
  • 1cup almond meal
  • 3tbsp maple syrup
  • 2tbsp coconut oilsoft
  • 5tbsp light cream cheesesoftened
  • 3tbsp decoration sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Place almond meal, smoothie mix or protein powder, maple syrup, coconut oil and cream cheese in a food processor and process until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 24 teaspoon sized balls then roll in sprinkles.
  3. Two balls are one serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to two months.
