    Ingredients
    • 2 free-range eggs
    • Olive oil spray
    • 1cup leftover sliced chicken breast
    • 2slices lean smoked ham
    • 1cup cos lettuce
    • 2tbsp Greek reduced fat natural yoghurt
    • 2tbsp grated Parmesan
    • 2 wholemeal Mountain Bread Wraps
    • 3tsp lemon juice
    Instructions
    1. Hard boil the eggs using your preferred cooking method.
    2. While the eggs are cooking, heat a non stick fry pan over medium-high heat and spray with the oil. Add the chicken and ham to warm through. Set aside.
    3. When the egg is cooked and cooled, peel it and slice.
    4. Combine the yoghurt and lemon juice to create the dressing.
    5. Top the wrap with the chicken, ham, egg and shredded lettuce and then sprinkle everything with the Parmesan cheese and drizzle over the dressing.
    6. Roll the bread to form a wrap and enjoy!
