Ingredients
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1cup reduced-fat milk of choice
  • 2tsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2tbsp chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor excluding the hazelnuts. Puree until well combined.
  2. Transfer to two bowls or jars, cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. When ready to serve you may want to loosen the mix with a little extra milk or water then top with hazelnuts.
