Ingredients
  • 1/2cup chia seeds
  • 1.5cups milk of choice
  • 2tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/2cup fresh berriesoptional
  • 1tbsp shredded coconutoptional
Instructions
  1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for 30 minutes.
  2. Place in a food processor with the cacao powder and maple syrup.
  3. Blitz on high until smooth.
  4. Portion into 2 dishes and top with fresh berries and coconut, if using.
  5. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
