milk of choice

maple syrup

cacao or cocoa powder

fresh berries

Instructions
Soak the chia seeds in the milk for 30 minutes.
Place in a food processor with the cacao powder and maple syrup.
Blitz on high until smooth.
Portion into 2 dishes and top with fresh berries and coconut, if using.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
