Ingredients
Cups
  • 1.3cups peanut butter
  • 1/3cup coconut oilmelted
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
Chocolate drizzle
  • 1tablespoon coconut oilmelted
  • 1tablespoon cacao
  • 1teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2tablespoons crushed peanutsto decorate
Instructions
  1. Combine the cup ingredients (peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup), stirring well until combined.
  2. Spoon filling into small moulds or mini muffin cases.
  3. Place in fridge or freezer to set.
  4. Once set, make your chocolate drizzle by combining the coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup.
  5. Remove cups from the fridge/freezer, place on baking paper, drizzle with chocolate, and then top with crushed peanuts.
  6. Pop back in the fridge or freezer to set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
