Ingredients

  • 1/2cup wholemeal flour
  • 2 serves Healthy Mummy Chocolate Protein Powderapproximately 1/2 cup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2cup light milk
  • 1tbsp cacaoOR Healthy Mummy hot chocolate
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together (but don’t overmix).
  2. Spoon tablespoon size portion of the mix onto a non stick frypan.
  3. Cook until just done.
  4. Top with your fave topping.
  5. Enjoy!

  • Don’t overcook and you’ll have soft, fluffy, chocolatey pancakes!
  • This gave Lauren 8 pancakes, which meant approximately 71 calories a pancake and about
  • 9g protein, 7g carbs, 1g fat per pancake (not including topping).
