    Ingredients
    • 1 fresh lasagne sheet
    • 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/4 red onionfinely sliced
    • 2cloves garlicfinely diced
    • 1/2small red chillisliced
    • 150grams prawnsraw shelled
    • 1cup rocket lettuce
    • 1/2bunch chopped fresh basil leaves
    • 1/4 lemonzest & juice
    Instructions
    1. Slice the fresh lasagne sheet into strips then place the pasta strips into a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.
    2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat.
    3. Add the red onion, garlic and chilli, stir for a few minutes until the onion starts to soften.
    4. Add the prawns and stir for a couple of minutes before adding the rocket and basil.
    5. Drain the pasta strips and take the prawn mix off the heat.
    6. Add the cooked pasta to the frying pan, top with lemon zest and lemon juice.
    7. Toss until well combined, serve warm.
