Chocolate Cake

wholemeal self raising flour

rice malt syrup/honey

cacao/cocoa
Instructions
Make the caramel sauce first by whisking together the ingredients in a mug with a fork until well combined.
Microwave in 30 seconds increments, whisking between each, until thick and dark (about 2-3 minutes)
Set aside to make cake.
To make the cake mix all the ingredients together in a bowl mix together, pour into mug
Microwave for approx 60 seconds (depending on your microwave)
Run a butter knife around the edges of the cake and turn out onto bowl
Pour over caramel sauce and enjoy!
