Ingredients
  • 1 large sweet potatowashed
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Using a very sharp knife or mandolin, slice the sweet potato into thin round slices. The thinner you can manage, the better
  3. Place potato into a bowl and drizzle over olive oil
  4. Sprinkle on salt and toss to combine well
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  6. Place potato, evenly spaced, onto the tray
  7. Slide into the oven
  8. After 10 minutes, flip potato over and return to the oven
  9. Allow to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy (not burnt)
  10. When your desired crispiness is achieved, turn off oven and allow chips to remain inside for approx 30 min. This will help them to further crisp up.
