Instructions
Heat up a frying pan on high and spray with cooking oil.
Combine flour, milk, egg, chia seeds, Natvia and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Place mixture on frying pan using a tablespoon as a measure and drop choc chips on top as desired.
When mixture starts to bubble flip over and remove once cooked. Don’t leave the side with the choc chips on too long as the chocolate might start to burn.
Place on plate and enjoy ?
