Servings
12pieces
Ingredients
  • 75g / 12 pieces dark chocolatenumber of pieces depends on the brand you use
  • 1tbsp unrefined coconut oiloptional
  • 1tbsp 7 g goji berries
  • 1tbsp /10 g/10 Peanuts
  • 1tbsp 10 sultanas
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil. I used the microwave, stopping and stirring at 30 second intervals.
You can either….
  1. Add goji berries, nuts and sultanas to the chocolate mix and pour into moulds…..
Or, if you are slightly OCD, like me you can:
  1. Add teaspoon of chocolate to each mould, pop in fridge or freezer to set. (Will only take a few minutes)
  2. Remove mould from fridge or freezer and add 2 each of the goji berries, nuts and sultanas to each hole, then spoon remaining chocolate mix into each hole. This may take a few minutes more but it ensure each piece of chocolate has some of each ingredient inside.
Recipe Notes

I haven’t been counting calories for a while now so unfortunately I am unsure what they are for these little morsels. I do know that they are better for you than a block of Cadburys!
