Ingredients
  • 100grams of chicken breast fillets
  • 2tablespoons reduced-fat milk of choice40 mls
  • 1/4cup wholemeal breadcrumbs20 grams
  • 1cup baby spinach30 grams
  • 1tablespoon reduced fat mayonnaise16 grams
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces then dip into milk, followed by breadcrumbs.
  3. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in oven for 25 minutes, turning once.
  4. Serve nuggets on a bed of baby spinach with mayonnaise on the side for dipping.
