Ingredients
  • 450grams Dark chocolate baking chips
  • 3/4cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2cup cacao powder
  • 1/8tsp salt
  • 1/2cup mini marshmallows
  • 16 paddle pop sticks
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl in the microwave as per packet directions.
  2. Using beaters or a mixer beat sugar, cacao powder and salt.
  3. Pour in melted chocolate while beating until combined.
  4. Use a silicone mini cupcake tray and evenly share mixture into 16 holes.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows and place paddle pop sticks into the centre.
  6. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes or until set.
  7. Plunge into hot milk of choice and stir when ready for hot chocolate.
  8. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
