Ingredients
  • 3/4cup reduced-fat milk of choice
  • 1 dried datepitted
  • 1 banana
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp LSAlinseed, sunflower and almond meal
  • 1tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • 1/2tsp Natvia
  • 1tsp cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Place the milk in a saucepan and heat until it’s almost boiling.
  2. Place warm milk and remaining ingredients, excluding the cacao nibs, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Be careful of hot milk in the blender due to the steam.
  3. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with cacao nibs to serve.
