  • 2cups chopped watermelon
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 small cucumberpeeled and sliced
  • 2tbsp fresh chopped mint
  • 3tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1.5cups still or sparkling water

  1. Combine the fruit and vegatables in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Add the still or sparkling water, then give it a good stir
  3. Store unused serves in the refrigerator in an airtight bottle.
