wholemeal flour
or use oat flour

baking soda

coconut sugar

dark chocolate chips

milk of choice

oil

pure vanilla extract

cup
raw kale
chopped up finely
Instructions
Combine all the dry ingredients except the kale.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until it becomes a cookie dough like texture. Add more milk if it is too dry.
Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes. They will look uncooked, but harden up after being taken out.
Allow to cool on a wire rack and then store in an airtight container.
