milk of choice

yopro vanilla yoghurt

light cream cheese

tsp
lime juice
1
tsp
lime zest
Instructions
Crush weetbix into a container, add milk and stir well. Pat the weetbix mixture down firmly to create the base.
In a separate bowl combine the yoghurt, cream cheese, lime juice and half of the zest then pour into your container to cover the weetbix.
Sprinkle the remaining lime zest on top of the yoghurt mixture.
Set in the fridge or consume immediately.
