Ingredients
  • 1cup sultanas
  • 2tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 6tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 Weet Bix
  • 2tbsp cocoaor cacao
  • 2tbsp honeyor rice malt syrup
  • 2tbsp Healthy Mummy Kids Chocolate Smoothie mix
  • 4tbsp dark chocolate chipsoptional, for icing
  • 1tbsp coconut oil extraoptional, for icing
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions
  1. Put the first 8 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth like fudge. Add a little water if needed to get the right consistency.
  2. Spray a silicon mould or muffin tin with olive oil spray.
  3. Press the mix into the prepared tins.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil and pour over the top as icing.
  5. Leave to set in the fridge and then store in an airtight container.
