Ingredients
  • 2 cheeks mangofrozen
  • 2/3cup orange juicefreshly squeezed
  • 2tbsp macadamiasunsalted
  • 2 fresh medjool datespitted
  • 1cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Place mango and orange juice in a blender and blitz until smooth, set aside.
  2. Pulse macadamias and dates in a blender until they resemble crumbs.
  3. Place the yogurt in a serving bowl and swirl the mango mix through.
  4. Top with macadamia crumbs to serve.
