Ingredients
  • 1cup puffed rice
  • ½cup coconut flour
  • ¼cup milk powder
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 2tbsp coconut oilmelted
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 4tbsp water
Topping for the white Choc coconut balls
  • 2tbsp milk powder
  • A little water to make a thick paste
  • 1tbsp melted coconut oil
Mint Choc topping
  • 2tbsp melted dark Choc bits
Instructions
  1. Simply process all the ingredients together, add the tablespoons of water in one at a time to make sure your mix isn’t too wet, but is well combined and comes together.
  2. If you want the mint Choc version then add in 1tsp green tea matcha powder and some peppermint extract (if you don’t have green tea matcha powder, leave it out and have a white mint ball).
  3. Roll into 12 Balls
Topping for the white Choc coconut balls
  1. Mix together and roll balls into the topping then set in the fridge
Mint Choc topping
  1. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top
