Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes then drain.
Line a 20cm x 20cm pan (or similar) with baking paper then set aside.
Blitz all ingredients together until well combined. It may be a little crumbly but will come together in the next step. If too dry, add a little water.
Press firmly into prepared tin then pop in the freezer to set.
Once set, cut into 10 bars.
Best kept in the freezer but can be kept in the fridge also.
