Ingredients
  • 1cup sushi riceuncooked (from the Asian section of supermarket)
  • 2 green teabags
  • 1cup boiling water
  • 1/2cup mushroomssliced
  • 1 carrotthinly sliced
  • 1sheet sushi seaweedfinely sliced
  • 2tbsp fresh parsleychopped
  • 1tbsp black or white sesame seeds
  • 2tsp soy saucesalt reduced
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice as per packet instructions.
  2. Place the teabags in a jug and pour over the boiling water. Allow to steep for a couple of minutes.
  3. Arrange rice in a bowl and top with the carrots, sushi, parsley, mushrooms, and sesame seeds.
  4. Pour green tea over the top to create a broth. Drizzle with soy sauce to serve.
