Ingredients
  • 2tsp raisins
  • 1/3cup orange juicefreshly squeezed
  • 1/4cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 applesliced
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1tbsp walnutschopped
  • 1/3cup rolled oats
Instructions
  1. Place the oats and raisins in a bowl and pour over orange juice. Leave in the fridge for an hour or otherwise prepare the night before for your breakfast.
  2. When ready to eat, top with yoghurt, apple pieces, cinnamon and walnuts to serve.
